Do you need to call before you come for our regular service?

No. If we can get in your yard, we do not need to call before your service.

Are the products safe for my children and pets?

We use only Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) registered products for maximum child, pet and plant safety.

What if I develop a pest problem in my house?  

Your service includes inside treatment as needed for covered pests. Just call your service technician to arrange an appointment.

What if it rains before or after my lawn has been treated? 

All of the materials used in our pest management programs are designed to work properly in all weather conditions.

If I don’t see any pests, can I skip a service call? 

No pests mean our products are working! Remember, “when we do our best job there is nothing there.” To stay pest free, we must perform all of your services.

I didn’t smell anything after your service technician’s visit. Was any product used? 

Protecting the environment is a top concern for Sentry Pest Control. We use environmentally friendly low-odor products.

How soon can I water after your visit? 

We use a water-based formulation. When your property is dry (usually 20-30 minutes), you can water without losing control of pests.

After my first visit, when will you come back? 

We will return within the scheduled service month. If you notice any pests before then, call us if there is a special need.

Does your guarantee mean I’ll never see a bug in my house again? 

No pest control company can prevent you from EVER seeing a pest in your home. We cannot guarantee bugs from flying into your house from the neighbor’s property or riding in on a bag of groceries, but we will do our best to prevent them from being a nuisance in your home!

What we can promise you are free services if a problem arises. Just call us anytime and we’ll be out by the next business day.
